WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL ROYAL GUARD APPLICATION THREAD
Every week, 7 applicants will be selected to perform this most honorable duty.
REQUIREMENTS
Character must be level 140+
Graduated from Shinigami Academy
Active participation in guild
POLICY
All items collected by the Royal Guard on their runs will be given to the Guild Bank for sale with the exception of +7 capes. If 2 or more people present for the cape drop have a need for the cape, a best roll of 3 out of 5 will be performed. If no one present requires the cape, the Guild Bank will hold the item, until a best roll 3 out of 5 can be done between all other qualified members that may need the cape.
Bikes will be acquired by the bank, and put to sale, but they will also be made available at 60% discount to in-squad guild members. As Bikes may take longer to sell, all members present for the Bike Drop will be documented via screenshot, and when the bike is sold, they will receive their cut.
Slot Extender Highs will also be sold by bank and normal paycheck distribution percentages applied, UNLESS, a member with a special, genuine need for a SEH is present for the drop. In which case, details pertaining to that member will be discussed via Captain's Meeting.
Non-Royal Guard guild members that wish to accompany the Royal Guard on their runs or boss hunts will NOT be entitled to a weekend cut. Instead, for every run they participate in, they have two choices. If it's a boss run. They may accept a SINGLE item from the run that Royal Guard members present may offer them. If it's a dungeon run, they may accept a SINGLE item offered to them by the present Guard members, OR... they can accept a contribution point. A single point counts as a credit for 1mil alz. Thus, the points can be used to pay off any bank debts that members have. Or, once they have reached a total of 10 points, they can request 10mil from the bank. Royal Guard members are weekly paid players, and therefore, while in Guard-status cannot earn points. Dungeon runs with the Royal Guard are the only means of earning these points.
Dungeon points:
EOD-B2F = 4 points
FT-B1F = 3 points
Siena's Altar-B1F = 6 points
The amount of points non-Guard guild members recieves, will be divided depending on the number of non-Guard guild members present. Royal Guard membership takes priority, however. So a non-Guard member may only participate if a Guard member is not present to take that spot in the party.
Over the period of that week, once all items gathered by the Guild Bank have been sold, those Royal Guard members will receive their paycheck of a full 75% of that week's bounty.
Members that qualify must then reapply on this page.
NOTICE
Absence from RG participation for the better part of the week, will adversely effect, and CAN terminate your end of week paycheck.
If the 7 spots are not filled, applications will be accepted as late as Thursday in the week. This, of course, will adversely effect your paycheck.
